Send flowers to Kotlje from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Uršlja gora, trig. točka I. reda are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Franjo Malgaj in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Same-day orders for Kotlje close at 14:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. When entering an address in Dobja vas, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
For a guest at Delalut, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Delalut has a listed address of Dobja vas 119; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Gimnazija Ravne na Koroškem is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Osnovna šola Koroški jeklarji, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Cerkev svete Uršule, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Župnijska cerkev svete Marjete are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Župnijska cerkev svetega Egidija, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a table booked at Cosa nostra, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
