Viktorin Ptujski is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Spominska plošča Maistrovim prednikom in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Flowers for a service at Cerkev svete Družine are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Župnijska cerkev svetega Vida, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Župnijska cerkev svetega Marka, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
