Arrange a flower delivery in Zminec online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Vešterski mlin are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Kužno znamenje in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. If the destination is in Puštal, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A flower order for someone staying at Mini hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. When addressing flowers to a guest at Zamorc, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Sending flowers to someone at Šolski center Škofja Loka? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Župnijska cerkev svetega Jakoba, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Cerkev Sv. Križa, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Cerkev sv. Uršule, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Garni Paleta, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
When the destination is in Stari Dvor, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
For a table booked at Das Ist Valter, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
