Same Day Delivery
You can send flowers to someone in Salamanca even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Placa en honor a Carrero Blanco in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Salamanca is 15:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Where the delivery address includes Castellana, retain the locality when filling in the order. In Spain, the five-digit postcode comes before the town name, with the first two digits identifying the province; copy the complete code supplied by the recipient and keep it with the street address, building number and locality.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Hospital Universitario Santa Cristina, and address the order to the hospital itself. For a patient at Clínica Ruber Juan Bravo, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel Wellington, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Check with Abba Madrid Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Before sending flowers to Instituto de Educación Secundaria Beatriz Galindo, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Centro Privado de Educación Infantil, Primaria y Secundaria Real Colegio Nuestra Señora de Loreto? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Centro Público de Educación de Personas Adultas Joaquín Sorolla, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for VP Jardín de Recoletos, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Check with the ward at Hospital Universitario de la Princesa before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Before sending to a workplace such as Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
When the destination is in Fuente del Berro, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Wagamama needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
