You do not need to be in Vetlanda to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Jordkällare are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Kulturstubbe is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The same-day ordering cutoff in Vetlanda is 14:00, local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. For a recipient whose address is in Bäckseda, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before ordering for a guest at Wallby Säteri, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For a delivery to a teacher at Landsbro Skola, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Ökna kyrka, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Södra Solberga kyrka, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Lannaskede och Myresjö kyrka, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Ramkvilla Hotell & Konferens, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
For a tribute intended for Vetlanda Skogskyrkogård, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Vetlanda Pizzeria, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
