You do not need to be in Kwai to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The same-day ordering cutoff in Kwai is 16:00, local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
Check that Shellu Lodge can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Sending to Swiss Farm Cottage? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at Tumaini Social Group Mkuzi, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Müller's Mountain Lodge should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
