Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. For an address in mvinje, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Check with the ward at Al-TABIB DISPENSARY before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. A flower order for a recipient at District Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Before sending flowers to Al Adh-har academy, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Chumbuni Secondary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Crescent Academy is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Al-Madrasatul Aswabirina Fil-kairat, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Masjid, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Masjid Ridhaa, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Amani residential Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a patient at Ifa dispensary, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at bin-shaali_restaurant, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Check with resteurant before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
