Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Dar Fadhal. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Dar Fadhal is 14:00, local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. If the destination is in Les Berges du Lac, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Check that Hôtel Lac Leman can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
When several people are giving the flowers together at American Cooperative School of Tunis, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at École Primaire Bouebdelli? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to École les Jardins de l'Aouina, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Masjid Al Riyadh, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Mövenpick Hotel Du Lac Tunis, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Emergency, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
An order for a staff member at Mercy Corps should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at China Town Resto, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
