Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. When the destination is in Hưng Giang, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A flower order for a recipient at Bệnh viện Sản - Nhi Kiên Giang needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Bệnh viện Ung bướu Kiên Giang, and address the order to the hospital itself. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Bệnh viện Y dược cổ truyền Kiên Giang, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. For delivery details relating to Bệnh viện Sản - Nhi Kiên Giang, its listed address is Đường Ung Văn Khiêm 3; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For a delivery to a teacher at Trường Tiểu học Hồng Bàng, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Trường Tiểu học Nguyễn Hiền, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Trường Trung học cơ sở Lê Quý Đôn, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Cao Dai Temple of Rach Gia, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Chùa Bửu Kim, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Chùa Minh Đức are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at Kho bạc Nhà nước tỉnh Kiên Giang, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Sóc Cung.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Cafe Chapi 3, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
If the recipient is staying at BUI Hostel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
When arranging flowers for BUI Hostel, note its listed address, Nguyến Hùng Son 236; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
