Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
Before ordering for a guest at Life, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Check that "Yegnik spa" Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Sending to Gladzor hotel and spa? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. The street address listed for Life is Շահումյան փողոց 10/1; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at Saint Gayane church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Restaurant Canyon, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
