When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
Before ordering for a guest at Siro Kenac, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. If the recipient is staying at Alashkert, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Sending flowers to someone at Martuni High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Kotavank, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Chapel Toukh Manouk are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Surb Grigor Lusavorich, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of "Khrchit", check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
An order for a staff member at Martuni town administration should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at "Khrchit", check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
