Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Kangaroo Island online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Loch Sloy in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Loch Sloy Cairn are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Kangaroo Island is 14:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
Sending to Mercure Kangaroo Island Lodge? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. For flowers addressed to a guest at Sunrise on Falie, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Check that Aurora Ozone Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. When arranging flowers for Mercure Kangaroo Island Lodge, note its listed address, Scenic Drive 73; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Kingscote Area School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Parndana School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at De-Tong Ling, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at KI Anglican St Alban's are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Kangaroo Island Catholic Parish, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Kangaroo Island Health Service, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
For someone working at Kangaroo Island Council, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
A delivery timed for a meal at Reflections needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
