Same Day Delivery
A florist in Ku-ring-gai handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Sphinx Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Ku-ring-gai is 14:00. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Address details for East St Ives should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a recipient at Neringah Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Lady Davidson Private Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself. Before sending to Gordon Private Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. Neringah Hospital is listed at Neringah Avenue South 4-12; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For a delivery to a teacher at Killara High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Ku-ring-gai Creative Arts High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for St Ives High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Roseville Uniting Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at St. Andrew's Anglican Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at St. John's Uniting Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Ku-ring-gai Council, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the recipient’s address is in Roseville, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Pizza Hut needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, champagne and preserved roses; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Killara Hotel & Suites, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Killara Hotel & Suites has a listed address of Pacific Highway 480; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
