Same Day Delivery
Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Gaspoltshofen. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Kriegerdenkmal are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Kriegerkapelle in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Same-day orders for Gaspoltshofen close at 14:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
If the recipient is staying at Zum Danzer-Wirt, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. The address for Zum Danzer-Wirt is given as Hauptstraße 19; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to HS Gaspoltshofen, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Musikschule Gaspoltshofen is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at VS Gaspoltshofen, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at St. Koloman, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at St. Laurentius, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Gaspoltshofen accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
A delivery timed for a meal at Zum Danzer-Wirt needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
