Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Etterbeek. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Monument in memory of Belgian soldiers who died in air service is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Same-day orders for Etterbeek close at 14:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For an address in Arsenal - Arsenaal, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Check that Hotel Derby can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. For a guest at Park Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
For a delivery to a teacher at CESEER Saint-Pierre, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Institut Saint-Stanislas, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Collège Saint-Michel? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Église Saint-Jean-Berchmans - Sint-Jan Berchmanskerk, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Église Notre-Dame du Sacré-Cœur - Onze-Lieve-Vrouwe-van-het-Heilig-Hartkerk are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Église Saint-Antoine de Padoue - Sint-Antonius van Paduakerk, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Sofitel Brussels Europe, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
An order for a staff member at Directorate-General for Energy should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If the destination is in Jardins de la Chasse - Jachthof, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a table booked at Manhattn's Burger, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
