Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Wielsbeke. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Gedenkteken Henri Vandenhende is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Oorlogsgedenkteken Leieslag 1940 are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Same-day flower delivery in Wielsbeke has an ordering deadline of 14:00, measured in local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
A delivery for Basisschool Sint-Baafs-Vijve - De Vliegeraar is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Basisschool Wielsbeke, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Basisschool Wielsbeke - Springeling, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Sint-Brixiuskerk, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Sint-Laurentiuskerk, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Missiaens kapel are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before placing a workplace order for Gemeentehuis Wielsbeke, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
For a tribute intended for Wielsbeke Communal Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
