You do not need to be in Velasco to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by El Cristo in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Monumento de la Evangelización Jesuítica are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in Velasco, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Any required building access code should accompany the order. When entering an address in Barrio Casco Viejo, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before sending flowers to Colegio Padre Pío Waldthaler, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Colegio Particular Carmen Retor, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Colegio Rosenhammer is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Español, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Iglesia Asamblea De Dios Boliviana are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Hotel Paradita can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Hospital Santa Isabel, and address the order to the hospital itself.
If the recipient works at Gobierno Autónomo de San Ignacio de Velasco, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
If the recipient’s address is in Barrio Madersbacher, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and wine. Check availability for the product you choose.
