Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Yapacani. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Barrio san José 1.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Brasil should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Ávalos, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. The listed address for Hotel Brasil is Calle Calama; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Colegio Adventista? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Colegio Simon Bolivar I, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at U.E CRISTO REY Y CEA YAPACANI, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at La Iglesia de Jesucristo de los Santos de los Últimos Días, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at SEGIP (Yapacani) should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
An address in Junta Vecina 10 de Agosto should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
A delivery timed for a meal at PEKE needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
