You do not need to be in Trancoso to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Same-day orders for Trancoso close at 16:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Address details for Fazenda Muniz should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Casas da Vila, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. If you are sending to a guest of Pousada Mar a Vista Trancoso, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
If the service takes place at Paróquia São João Batista, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for UXUA Casa Hotel & Spa, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Where the delivery address includes Itacipoera, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Cabana do Dinga, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
