Same Day Delivery
Arrange a flower delivery in Zlatograd online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Payment is taken online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Zlatograd is 14:00, local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
Check that Family hotel Flora can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. When arranging flowers for Family hotel Flora, note its listed address, бул.България 90; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at Jumah Startsevo, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Mesdjid Erma Reka, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Regional Court - Zlatograd, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
