Same Day Delivery
Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Deschambault-Grondines. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. For a recipient whose address is in Villa-Tremblay, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If the recipient is staying at Auberge Chemin du Roy, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. The address given for Auberge Chemin du Roy is Rue Saint-Laurent 106; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at École Le Phare, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to École Saint-Charles-de-Grondines, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for École de musique Denis Arcand is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Église Saint-Joseph, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Église Saint-Charles-Borromée, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before placing a workplace order for Mairie, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at La Dînette du Cap, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
