Same Day Delivery
A flower order for El Roto Chileno can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Monumento Histórico Hornos de Lonquén are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Where the delivery address includes Parcelación El Convento Oriente, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a service at Capilla Los Tilos, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia Jesuita, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Dirección de Vialidad Talagante, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
For someone in Parcelación El Convento Poniente, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Don Jorge (Empanadas, Pastel de Choclo, Mariscos), ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants and chocolates, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
