Same Day Delivery
A florist in Los Villares handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The online payment is made in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. If the recipient’s address is in El Porvenir, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Reggio Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Básica La Pampilla, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela F-61, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Escuela Guillermo Banados Honorato is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Capilla de San Rafael, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Parroquia Nuestra Sra. De La Merced, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for El Monasterio, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Población San Pedro.
For a table booked at El Barrilito, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
