For delivery on the same day in Dunhua, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Changjiang.
For a service at Zhengjue Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Ji Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
When the destination is in Daqiao, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
