Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. Address details for Lulin should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a service at Lingjiu Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Sanqing Palace, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Vienna Hotels can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
When entering an address in Xishi, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Haidilao Hot Pot, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
