Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Shushan Qu. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Where the delivery address includes Bijiashan, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a patient at Hefei Ion Medical Center - Proton Therapy Center, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Sending to Super 8 Hotel Hefei Shihe Road Extension Jia Happy Square (No Foreigners)? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Super 8 Hotel Hefei Yangtze West Road Amber Villa (No Foreigners), after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
For a delivery to a teacher at Hefei No.34 High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Hefei No.8 Senior High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Jiaheyuan Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Super 8 Hotel Hefei Jinzhai Road South seven stores (No Foreigners), check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Check with the ward at The Second Affiliated Hospital of AMU before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
When ordering for a recipient at Intermediate People's Court of Hefei, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
If the destination is in Daoxiangcun, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Haidilao Hot Pot needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
