A flower order for Caracoli can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
When addressing flowers to a guest at La Ventanita Hostal | Caracoli Antioquia, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. If the recipient is staying at Ecohostel Caracolí, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Refugio del Agua, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. The location listed for La Ventanita Hostal | Caracoli Antioquia is Cl. 22 #N°21-38, Caracolí, Antioquia; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Centro Educativo Rur Antonio Roldan Betancur? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Centro Educativo Rur El Bagre, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Centro Educativo Rur Heloina Bedoya De Valencia, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Capilla María Auxiliadora, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Iglesía Nuestra Señora del Perpetuo Socorro, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for a recipient at Hospital San Pio X needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Before sending to a workplace such as Alcaldia Municipal, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
