Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. An address in Barrio Buenos Aires 1 should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Hospital Regional César Uribe Piedrahíta, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. Sending to a patient at Hospital César Uribe Piedrahita calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order. You will find Hospital Regional César Uribe Piedrahíta listed at Carrera 20 1A-100; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Check that Botánico Hotel y Spa can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. For flowers addressed to a guest at Cabañas La Palma, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. For a guest at Hotel Vitral, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. For delivery details relating to Botánico Hotel y Spa, its listed address is Carrera 20 #13 - 22; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Flowers for a service at Parroquia Nuestra Señora del Carmen are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Parroquia Las Misericordias Caucasia, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah witness, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Alcaldía Municipal, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
For someone in Barrio Kennedy, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Capillas de Nazareth before using it as the address for a funeral tribute.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Spezzia Restaurante, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
Sending flowers to someone at Escuela Rur Sto Domingo? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
A delivery for Escuela Rur Villa Fatima Arriba is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a delivery to a teacher at Institucion Educativa Ceri Balay, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
