A florist in Leticia handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You pay online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Aguila Militar in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Estatua Kapax Amazónico is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Leticia is 15:00, local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. When entering an address in Afasinte, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
A flower order for someone staying at Decameron Decalodge Ticuna should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Before ordering for a guest at Tapir Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. For a guest at Casa Gregorio, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. For delivery details relating to Decameron Decalodge Ticuna, its listed address is Carrera 11 6-11; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for IE Jorge Eliécer Gaitán is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at I.E. Sagrado Corazón de Jesús, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to INEM Jose Eustacio Rivera, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Casa Hija Maloka, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Parroquia Nuestra Señora de la Paz, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Parroquia Sagrado Corazón de Jesús are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When the recipient is at Dispensario Ejercito, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
For someone working at DIAN, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
For a recipient whose address is in Castañal, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For a table booked at Restaurant Mundo Amazonico, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
