Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Natagaima online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You pay online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

For same-day flower delivery in Natagaima, place your order before 15:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela Guasimal Guadualeja, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Escuela Imba is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Escuela Mercadillo El Progreso, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Natividad de Nuestra Señora, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Rancho Grande, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
For a recipient at Hospital San Antonio, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Before sending to a workplace such as Alcaldia Municipal, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Rancho Grande, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
