Same Day Delivery
A florist in Puerto Asís handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Puerto Asís is 15:00, local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
Check with El Castillo before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. If the recipient is staying at Hotel Dainer, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Sending flowers to someone at Escuela San Martin? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Asambleas De Dios Iglesia de los Hechos are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Convento monjas, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at IPUC Quinta, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Dainer, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
When ordering for a recipient at Alcaldia, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at El Señor Arroz, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
