Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Cerna v Posumavi can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Racek, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. For a guest at EA Hotel Lipno, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Základní škola - Černá v Pošumaví, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Zchatrala Kaple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Anderlova kaplička, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Hotel Resort Relax before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Before placing a workplace order for Obecní úřad, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
A delivery timed for a meal at Hotel Jestřábí needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
