You do not need to be in Kouty to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Památník obětem 1. a 2. světové války in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

When several people are giving the flowers together at Pondus Air, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at ZŠ Bolatice? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at ZŠ a MŠ Opava-Komárov, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Božského srdce Páně, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Kaple svatého Jana Křtitele, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Kaple svatého Josefa, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Hotel Buly Aréna? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Obecní úřad Bolatice, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
When entering an address in Dvořisko, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Restaurace "U Pekařů", say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
