A florist in Hosaena handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Col Bezabih Petros in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Hossa'ina is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

For delivery on the same day in Hosaena, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
If you are sending to a guest of Lemma International Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. A flower order for someone staying at Shewa Ber should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
A delivery for Kutir sost is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Wachemo Comprehensive High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Wachemo University, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Bobicho Kale Hiwot Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Hosai'na Muluwongel Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Kale Hiwot Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Asham hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
A flower order for a recipient at Hosana Health Center needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
An order addressed to Courthouse should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Kana Restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
For a recipient at NHMM, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
