A florist in Arcachon handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Monument aux Morts de la guerre 14-18 is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Buste Alphonse Brémontier are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in Arcachon, the order needs to be placed before 16:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Address details for Laforêt should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Check with Le Nautic before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. When addressing flowers to a guest at Le Trianon, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Check that Residhome Arcachon Plazza can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Le Nautic has a listed address of Boulevard de la Plage 20; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Collège privé Saint-Elme, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Lycée privé Saint-Elme, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Collège Lycée Privé Saint-Elme? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Synagogue ACCIBA, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Chapelle des Marins are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Temple protestant, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Hôtel de ville d'Arcachon, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If flowers are going to Cimetière d’Arcachon, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Bistrot Régent, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
