Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Ares. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Square des grands principes républicains in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Aux enfants d'Arès morts pour la France are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Same-day orders for Ares close at 16:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. When the destination is in Cité Matin Clair, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
For a guest at Hôtel le Colibri, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
A delivery for École maternelle William Bordes Süe is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Crèche, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at École élémentaire d'Arès, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Église Saint-Vincent-de-Paul, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Le Grain de Sable, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Before sending to a workplace such as Mairie d'Arès, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
For a recipient whose address is in Le Hameau des pêcheurs, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before sending a tribute to Cimetière d'Arès, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
For a table booked at La fille du barbu, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
