Send your flower order for Aups online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Déclaration des droits de l'homme et du citoyen in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Mausolée aux Insurgés are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Same-day orders for Aups close at 16:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Ratton.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Le Grand Hôtel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Before ordering for a guest at Auberge de la Tour, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Le Saint-Marc, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. The listed address for Le Grand Hôtel is Place Gendarme Duchatel 4; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Collège Henri Nans is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at École élémentaire Jean Moulin, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Collégiale Saint-Pancrace are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Chapelle Notre-Dame de la Delivrance, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Chapelle Sainte-Madeleine, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Mairie d'Aups, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If flowers are going to Cimetière, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
For a table booked at Auberge de la Tour, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
