Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Bar-sur-Aube. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Where the delivery address includes Résidence Mathaux, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If you are sending to a guest of Logis hôtel le Saint Nicolas, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to La Pomme d'Or, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For delivery details relating to Logis hôtel le Saint Nicolas, its listed address is Rue du Général de Gaulle 2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Collège Gaston Bachelard is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Église Saint-Maclou, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Église Saint-Pierre, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Chapelle Sainte-Germaine, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at Hôtel de Ville (ancien Couvent des Ursulines), check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at L'Albatros, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
