Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Belfort. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Monument des Trois Sièges in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For an address in La Justice, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Use the hospital’s full address for Centre Hospitalier Spécialisé de Saint-Rémy et Nord Franche Comté - Centre de Psychiatrie Générale de Belfort, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Clinique de la Miotte, and address the order to the hospital itself. The location listed for Centre Hospitalier Spécialisé de Saint-Rémy et Nord Franche Comté - Centre de Psychiatrie Générale de Belfort is Boulevard Renaud de Bourgogne 53; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For a guest at Brit Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hôtel Vauban, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Check with Mercure Belfort Centre before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. The street address listed for Brit Hotel is Rue du Comte de la Suze 2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When a funeral service is held at Église Orthodoxe de la Résurrection du Christ, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Cathédrale Saint-Christophe, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Église Sainte-Thérèse-de-l'Enfant-Jésus, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Hôtel de Ville, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in La Miotte.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Pompes Funèbres Vauban, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements. Before sending a tribute to Cimetière de Bellevue, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
A delivery timed for a meal at Brasserie l'Expo needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Collège Arthur Rimbaud, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Before sending flowers to Lycée Raoul Follereau, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
A delivery for École Jules Heidet is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
