Planning a same-day delivery in Bioule? The ordering deadline is 16:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For an address in Bourrels, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hôtel Restaurant l'Escale chez Mimi, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. The address for Hôtel Restaurant l'Escale chez Mimi is given as Place de l'Église 5; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at Église Saint-Pierre et Saint-Roch, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Mairie de Bioule, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
When the destination is in Crambies, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A tribute addressed to Cimetière de Bioule should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
For a table booked at Hôtel Restaurant l'Escale chez Mimi, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
