The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Brioude is 16:00. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Annexe de l'Hôtel de la Poste et Champanne, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hôtel de la Dentelle, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. The address given for Annexe de l'Hôtel de la Poste et Champanne is Avenue Paul Chambriard 3; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Etablissement Régional d'Enseignement Adapté Alexandre Vialatte? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Basilique Saint-Julien, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Notre-Dame de la Borie-Darles, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Salle du royaume des témoins de Jehovah, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Caf de Haute-Loire should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Hôtel restaurant La Sapinière, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
