Send your flower order for Calais online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Colonne Louis XVIII is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

For delivery on the same day in Calais, the order needs to be placed before 16:00 local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. If the destination is in Beau Marais, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If the recipient is staying at Holiday Inn Calais, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Check with Ibis Styles Calais Centre before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Sending flowers to someone at Lycée polyvalent Léonard de Vinci? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at École maternelle Les Cailloux, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for École maternelle Les Pierrettes is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Église Notre-Dame, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Église protestante, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Campanile Calais, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Sending to a patient at Clinique des Oyats calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
Before placing a workplace order for Hôtel de ville de Calais, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
When the destination is in Calais-Nord, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If flowers are going to Calais Southern Cemetery, Commonwealth section, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
For a table booked at Buffalo Grill, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
For a recipient at Clinique du Virval, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
