A florist in Chartres handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Momument à la mémoire des enfants d'Eure-et-Loir morts pour la Patrie are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Obélisque à la mémoire du Général Marceau is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. Where the delivery address includes Côteau d'Aboville, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If the recipient is staying at Grand Monarque, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Check with B&B Hotel Chartres Centre Cathédrale before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. A flower order for someone staying at Novotel Chartres should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. The listed address for Grand Monarque is Place des Épars 22; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Lycée Marceau, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at École Saint Joseph, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Collège Hélène Boucher is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Collégiale Saint-André are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Chapelle Saint-Pie-X, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Cathédrale Notre-Dame, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Service départemental d'incendie et de secours d'Eure-et-Loir, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Plateau Nord-Est.
A tribute addressed to Cimetière Saint-Chéron should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Piperno, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Hôtel Dieu, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
When arranging flowers for Hôtel Dieu, note its listed address, Rue du Docteur Maunoury 34; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
