Arrange a flower delivery in Cluny online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Monument aux morts 1914-1918 are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Same-day orders for Cluny close at 16:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. When entering an address in Dagonnaux, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Hôtel-Dieu, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. You will find Hôtel-Dieu listed at Place de l'Hôpital; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
If you are sending to a guest of Hôtel du commerce, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Before ordering for a guest at Hôtel de Bourgogne, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For a service at Église Saint-Marcel, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Église Notre-Dame, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Saint-Odilon, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
For a recipient at Palais de l’abbé Jacques d’Amboise, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
For an address in La Croix de Mission, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Espace Funéraire Guittat, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Chez Arx, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Before sending flowers to Lycée général et technologique La Prat's, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
A delivery for Collège Pierre Paul Prud'Hon is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
