A flower order for Douai can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Puits n° 4 is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Puits n° 4 bis are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Order before 16:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Douai. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Where the delivery address includes Dorignies, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Before ordering for a guest at Ibis Styles Douai Gare Gayant Expo, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hôtel Ibis, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for La Terrasse, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. The listed address for Ibis Styles Douai Gare Gayant Expo is Boulevard Vauban 2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Institution Saint-Jean, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Lycée général Albert Châtelet? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Temple protestant de Douai, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Église Notre-Dame, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Église Saint-Jacques, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Hôtel de Ville de Douai accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
When entering an address in Faubourg d'Esquerchin, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If flowers are going to Cimetière de Douai Frais Marais, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Au Bureau, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
