You can send flowers to someone in Dunes even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Same-day orders for Dunes close at 16:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. An address in Au Faubourg should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Before sending flowers to Groupe Scolaire Jean Baylet, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Église Sainte-Madeleine, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before placing a workplace order for Mairie de Dunes, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
Address details for Colomé Haut should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Pompes Funèbres Garonnaises Dunes before using it as the address for a funeral tribute.
