Fresh blooms delivered to over 120+ countries.
Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Gevrey-Chambertin, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Arts et Terroirs, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for La Rôtisserie du Chambertin, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
When several people are giving the flowers together at École maternelle Gaston Roupnel, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at École primaire Gaston Roupnel, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Église Saint-Aignan, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Ô Rouge, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Le Complexe, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
