For a recipient in Huez, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Alpe d'Huez - Stage winners are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Order before 16:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Huez. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. If the recipient’s address is in L'Éclose, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Check that Hôtel Les Grandes Rousses can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Sending to Hôtel Le Pic Blanc? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at École primaire des Cimes, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Église Notre-Dame des Neiges, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Église Saint-Ferréol, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Église Sainte-Anne, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hôtel Alp'Azur, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
For a recipient at Maison Médicale, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Before sending to a workplace such as Mairie d'Alpe-d'Huez, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Where the delivery address includes Les Bergers, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at La folie douce, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
