Same Day Delivery
You do not need to be in La Teste-de-Buch to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. 14-18 soldats des colonies is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Cimetière n°29 des forces expéditionnaires américaines are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in La Teste-de-Buch is 16:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Cazaux.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for All Suites Appart Hôtel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Check that greet La Teste Bassin d'Arcachon can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
For a delivery to a teacher at École maternelle Chambrelent, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to École primaire privée Saint-Vincent, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for École maternelle La Farandole is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Saint-Esprit, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Église Saint-Pierre-ès-Liens, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Église Saint-Vincent, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences - Arcachon, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Before sending to a workplace such as Mairie de la Teste-de-Buch, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in L'Hermitage.
If flowers are going to Cimetière de Cazaux, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
For a table booked at La Cabane de Laurinette, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
