Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Laloubere, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The online payment is made in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Laloubere is 16:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. Where the delivery address includes Laloubère Quartier Nord, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A delivery for Calandreta de Bigorra is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to École maternelle publique, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at École élémentaire publique, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Église Notre-Dame-des-Neiges, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Église de l'Invention-de-Saint-Étienne, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Hôtel des Pyrénees, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Renaissance.
For a table booked at Restaurant du golf des Tumulus, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
